not me monday – brought to you by the letter m

This past week has been filled with excitement. Both boys are officially back in school, Drake had his first official football game and we finally finished cleaning out and setting up the garage – a huge feat! Of course, with excitement comes inadequacies and new discoveries. Ironically this week, many of these involve the letter ‘M‘.

I did not mistakenly put my 9 year old on the wrong bus for his first day of school. What kind of school district would allow two different schools to pick up at the same time at the same stop? That’s just pure madness!

I definitely did not scream like Janet Leigh in Psycho when I saw a HUGE mouse run in front of me in the garage as I was getting in my car. That would be silly.

I also did not go out and buy an arsenal of warfare to attack and ultimately kill (Moo ah ha ha) that mouse. That would be a bit malicious.

I most certainly did not get distracted and purchase a three foot stuffed monkey for my monkey boy while on my mouse extinction mission.

And who would get mushy when seeing this picture?? Not me!!

And while I love my Hubby’s attempt to set the garage door button in my car, I did not get mad when I realized he left my door open all night leaving my battery – dead. (and me stranded) I’m a better wife then that!
